Does Jason Phillips , M.D. REALLY need to be practicing
medicine as a family practitioner, dope doctor, or what not????
Contemplating a class action suit due to his incompetence as a
practitioner, we would like to hear of any of you negative experiences
along these lines.
Whether they be :
1. Malpractice
2. Incompetence
3. Was he under the influence of any mood or mind
altering
substance durning your office visit or communications with him.
4. Did he always suggest Ken Turner Pharmacy?
5. Did he write prescriptions for narcotics with
unsubstantiated medical documentation.
6. Did he drop you as a patient when he learned
that his
liability increased, based on a real sense of danger, or a false sense
of paranoia?
